Contact all raw material/accessories vendors, prepare in advance for the affected orders.
MORN contacted all its sub-vendors to pay attention to the supply of raw materials for upstream production and the supply of accessories required for production. For situations where there’s supply risk, prepare in advance or actively seek alternatives.
Actively communicate with customers and negotiate practical solutions together
MORN has also honestly communicated with its customers of the epidemic situation and trends, negotiated with them the practical solutions and promised to rush for the delivery deadlines. Many customers have given full understanding and support and expressed their willingness to work with MORN to overcome difficulties.
Pay close attention to the logistics and rationally plan the delivery time
Currently affected by the epidemic, traffic in some parts of China is blocked, and some ports, airports and other important delivery places are temporarily closed for the shutdown. MORN keeps track with the ship companies, freight forwarders, and rationally arrange plans for packing and shipping.
The good news is that, as enterprises in major cities have begun to resume work, international courier companies such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and major shipping companies such as Maersk, MSC, OOCL have begun to provide some regional services. In addition, the relevant units of the China-Europe Freight Trains in various provinces and cities across the country also resumed work on the 10th.
